From our first conversation to the final delivery of your gallery, each step is crafted to bring out your unique story, capturing memories you’ll cherish forever. Step 1: The Complimentary Discovery Call
Join us for a free Discovery Call on Google Meet! This session helps us connect, learn about your vision, and explore how we can bring it to life. We’ll discuss your goals, storytelling, location options, production scale, and all the essentials to make your vision a reality. After our call we'll send a quote and contract. To book your shoot, we'll need a 50% deposit and signed contract. This is when the fun begins!
Step 2: Planning and the Photoshoot Style Guide
With your shoot booked, it’s time to bring your vision to life! We’ll plan every detail, from wardrobe and color themes to shot ideas and poses. All this goes into your Photoshoot Style Guide—a complete guide covering location, wardrobe, inspiration, props, shot lists, and mood boards. This guide, which you’ll receive before shoot day, ensures we’re aligned and gives you a chance to provide feedback so we capture your vision perfectly.
Step 3: Photoshoot Day
With your Photoshoot Style Guide in hand, shoot day will be effortless! Arrive relaxed and ready to shine—we’ll have your favorite playlist going, making it easy to forget you’re even in front of the camera. The guide will keep us on track, ensuring every shot aligns with your vision. Plus, we shoot tethered, so you can see the images on a screen as we go, capturing your unique story with confidence.
Step 4: Final Gallery Delivery and Beyond...
Post-shoot, you’ll receive a link to your private, password-protected gallery. Here, you can select your favorite images for your package and easily order prints, wall art, albums, and digital downloads. Share your gallery with family and friends, and relive the memories anytime!
